"You are my Sunshine" Sunflowers

     Spring has finally arrived!  We welcomed our warm weather with making beautiful yellow sunflowers.  The children painted our paper plate sunflowers yellow then squeezed as much glue onto their plates to glue on an assortment of beans.  We left our flowers out to dry in the warm sun as the pools of glue slowly dried.  The children checked on them periodically touching the beans in the glue throughout our day.  Now we have sunny sunflowers to gaze upon in our room throughout our month!
