Body Painting!

     Today we transformed our bodies into a rainbow of colors!  The children had fun exploring painting their bodies with our tempera cakes.  What vibrant colors the paint smeared on the children as they lathered themselves from head to toe!  Cade became "Spiderman", Toben was a "bloody guy", and Spencer looked like the Incredible Hulk!  I placed a mirror out so the children could view themselves and reflect on their painting.  They loved coming back up to the mirror with many smiles and superhero moves!  The children will be stained for days after this activity but so worth the reward of smiling faces!  What a fun day!
