Salt Painting!

     We added salt to our painting today to create beautiful works of art.  We dropped different colors of paint on the children's papers and then they were able to paint with their brushes with water to spread all the different colors around.  The children sprinkled salt on their papers to mix with their colors and add a sensory experience to their painting.  When the papers were dry, the salt left a sparkly interesting effect on their artwork.
