Balloon Plants

     Our science project today was planting seeds inside clear balloons.  We enjoyed doing this project outside on this sunny day.  All the children attempted to blow up their balloons filling their cheeks full of air!  They each got a turn scooping dirt into their balloons through a funnel, then adding a few pinchfuls of grass seed.  Then they watered their seeds with our watering can.  Everyone watched as Fred blew up balloons getting a mouthful of dirt!  We hung our balloons up on our ceiling in hopes of our seeds to grow inside our balloons!  We are waiting and watching in anticipation!
