Pots and Pans Drum Circle

We made some noise today using our pots and pans to make some music!  The children loved banging on all our pots making different sounds.  They explored with wooden and metal spoons making softer or louder sounds.  We even brought in some cymbals from our collection of pot covers!  Some of us covered our ears for this part!  The children played a bean bag toss game throwing various soft items into the pots lined up against our wall.  They really liked throwing the soft kittens and puppies into the pots!  They cheered to themselves when they would get an item into one of the pots!  What a fun way to make some noise!
