The Very Hungry Caterpillar

     We worked together creating Eric Carle's "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" today.  We used many different mediums to create our layers for our caterpillar.  The children created with oil pastels, crayons, dot markers, and sponge painting.  We talked about what our caterpillar likes to eat and ended our day with an Eric Carle movie which showed some of his famous artful books.
