Tall Paintings

     Today we explored the world of the artist Holton Rower.  We imitated his artwork of tall paintings.  The children watched some videos on YouTube on how tall paintings are created.  They really enjoyed watching all the colors flow together.  We created our tall paintings by setting up pieces of logs for our little ones to pour paint on the top.  They watched as their paint poured over the top and down the sides, creating little waterfalls of paint which then spilled down on our white sheet.  What a great way to create with paint!
