Red Beet Squash!

     The children had a fun time with our beet squash today!  They crushed their red beets to pulp with different tools and made great explosions of red beet juice everywhere!  Some children mixed their beet with water to make a red watercolor paint.  What a fun sensory, auditory, and creative way to use our beets!
