One game the children invented this month was an empty spray bottle which they decided to fill with miscellaneous blocks. The trick was getting them out! They would shake and shake the bottle upside down trying to get the blocks to come out. Benjamin became a pro as he played with this “game” over and over again! It would be some sort of surprise at which block would squeeze out the little opening first, then loosening the other blocks to fall more freely out with the shaking! This was a great mind boggler for the kids, got their movement going, created a musical orchestra of blocks clanking, and just plain fun! I was impressed at how many times this “game” was played throughout the month!
