Our cotton-ball fight in the house was a huge energy release! Soft cotton-balls were flying everywhere bouncing off faces and bodies. We got the wiggles out with the giggles! The children tried to get me as I hid behind the couch and ran around the kitchen. Lyla tried to collect as many cotton-balls as she could to throw towards my body. Alexandra fled to the safety of the playroom not sure what to make of the whole ordeal. Another great activity to get their bodies moving!
