Sponge Painting

     The children enjoyed sponge painting today.  They were given wet sponges with a little soap to dab in their different colored paints on their paper.  They enjoyed smearing the colors.  Cade made a "rainbow" on his paper as he smeared all his paints together.  The children enjoyed squeezing their sponges and making bubbles and waterfalls.  Of course most of the children enjoyed washing their faces with the wet sponges and enjoyed soaking up the puddles of water on the table.   They really enjoyed this art project as they were able to have a little water play too!
